Day 7

Today is our first schooling day in VIE attending our first lesson Sensory Evaluation though we were taught on the topic over in Singapore, we still time to adapt as they are already on their sixth lessons whereas it only the first for us. But there's still some points that we're familiar of. Example the triangle and duo-trio test we did in the practical class. We're looking forward on the upcoming sensory test coming next Thursday as we're asked by the lecturer to prepare the lab class so that we can share our experience over in Singapore to them as we had been through the test and also manage even better this time round.

After the lecture, some of the Hong Kong students came to approach us and offer to assists us. We have our lunch together and too they brought us to the Learning Resource Center(Library) to do some discussions on the lecture. We didn't stay too long in the library as we have to assist the technician for lab lesson. We made sausage and ham it really an eye opener for us as the entire process is in large production and were also introduce to equipments that we have not come across. Last but not least the testing session. Though we had our testing we still feel hungry, as suggested we had our dinner near our staying area.

As for tomorrow, we will be having tutorial and attending our another module, Management of Food Safety.
