We have only one class to attend today. Lesson is on governor controlling the inspection, priority and procedures to take note while doing inspection and types of lab testing for samples (E.g. Total Bacteria Count, Coliform Count). Right after Ms Isabella, Mr Ng our lecturer for Management of Food Safety had announced his date for our grading assessment. Differently from Ms Isabella, he will want us to take the test with the class on his module. With that, we had no idea what kind test format will be given but he is kind enough to arranged the test date to be on last week upon our depart so that we can approach him with any doubt during this period of time.
It was half pass five in the evening, and our school actually provides shatter bus to a nearby train station and just by taking another public bus it brings us to a bustop near our hostel so we decide to take the ride. It a new experience as we finally get a chanc e to travel on ground and passes through the city area where there are skyscrapers, building, and sea scene. And charge is cheaper than the usual fare!
We then have our dinner at MayFair garden which is five minute walk from the hostel.
